This is an extremely rare Oxblood Stella dial Day Date 18038 from circa 1987-88. These specially lacquered Stella dials are the pinnacle of vintage Day Date collecting. Please note this particular dial does have damage visible at certain angles. See photos for the detail.

Not a white dial showing age, the day and date wheel are not white. It is cream. It looks original to me, but the markers look strange for a quickset.
