The 1345 refers to the caliber of the movement, and has nothing to do with the reference of the watch. You’ll need to have the case back removed to access the actual model number of the watch which would be stamped inside the case back. Only then will you have a place to start your hunt.
This quick video shows you how to set the time, day and date on an Omega Seamaster Quartz watch, movement number 1345. I am now trying to regulate it. It is losing around 2 seconds a day. I have tried various positions of the trimmer capacitor and that affects the regulation, but only changing it between losing 3.5 seconds per day or 2 seconds. There are no markings as to which position is slowest or fastest. I'm trying to identify a watch model/year. I think it is from 1958.
