However, due to the way the notch for the clicks is designed (like a ratchet) the back play should be less than 0.3mm or nearly imperceptible. A 60 clicks bezel can feel just as smooth and crisp as a 120 clicks bezel. It's a matter of design and tolerances, not depending on the number of clicks. If I'm not mistaken, the diver's watches standard ISO 6425 actually demands a unidirectional 60 clicks bezel. Personally, I prefer 60 clicks, too.
